its hidden secrets
Norm Judd is Director of Data Capture Basics Ltd. He is a member of the Campbell Island Bicentennial Expedition Steering Group and will guide the cultural heritage team in its search for pre-European and early sealing sites. To ensure the success of the Expedition, Data Capture Basics Ltd (DCB) is contributing staff time to planning and preparations, and to Norm's one month's field work on the island.
DCB is a consultancy practice supporting park management through visit numbers monitoring, track mapping with recommendations for maintenance and development, assessment of access for people with disabilities (in close co-operation with Barrier Free NZ) and independent appraisal of park service performance (informing the park agency's key service indicators).
Although Auckland based, DCB has worked for clients outside of the Auckland region. DCB is backed by over 40 years of park experience with roles that have ranged from hands-on field work to asset management and administration.
